Terms of service

Sunday’s Best Store Terms

These terms apply to purchases through golfsundaysbest.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify. For order help, contact info@thebayeditmagazine.com.

Products and ordering

Our catalog includes both made-to-order products and ready-made items from selected guest brands. Review descriptions, measurements, available colors, quantities, delivery details, and personalization before checkout. Product photographs and digital mockups illustrate the design; screen settings, production processes, and materials can cause small color or placement variations. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the storefront indicates otherwise. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and any available duties are shown at checkout. Availability and prices can change before an order is placed. If an order cannot be fulfilled or contains an error requiring correction, we will contact you to resolve it or refund any amount due.

Processing, delivery, and cancellations

Processing and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping policy and may vary by product and fulfillment partner. Contact us immediately for changes or cancellations; once production, packing, or dispatch begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Returns and product issues

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains 30-day returns for eligible ready-made guest-brand items, separate terms for made-to-order or personalized products, and assistance for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Store content and privacy

Our brand artwork and store content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees and cancellation rights that apply in your location. Updated terms apply to future orders; the terms applicable when an order was placed govern that order.
