Where is my order?
Orders may ship from different brand partners and arrive in separate packages. Check your shipment emails for tracking, when available. For a delayed or missing delivery, send us your order number so we can help.

Made-to-order pieces are produced after your order is approved. Most typically need 2–7 business days for production, separate from transit. Check the product listing for its estimate; busy periods may take longer.

Eligible ready-made guest-brand items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. Made-to-order and personalized items have different terms. Contact us first for approval and instructions; see our full policy for details.
Returns & refunds ↗How do I choose my size?
Use the measurements and size information on the individual product listing, since fit varies by brand and style. If you’re between sizes or unsure, send us the product name and your sizing question before ordering.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We’ll check the order status, but changes may no longer be possible once production, packing, or dispatch has begun.
